About Us
As practicing community doctors, our journey began with a simple yet profound realization: many seniors and individuals with chronic illnesses prefer the comfort of their own homes over hospitals or care facilities. We witnessed firsthand the challenges families face in providing adequate care for their loved ones at home. This inspired us to create a solution that bridges the gap between hospital care and home life.
We recognized that aging-friendly policies, infrastructure, and systems are essential for improving the quality of life for the elderly. Collaboration and advocacy in elderly care and healthy aging are crucial to achieving this. Beyond providing services, our journey is a continuous exploration of healthcare solutions, particularly for the elderly, as well as advocacy for their significance and how they can be effectively implemented in daily life.
